Автор досліджує ключові аспекти розвитку науки про кризову комунікацію, як окремий елемент соціальної комунікації. Автор робить історіографічний огляд щодо розвитку науки про кризову комунікацію. Розглядає складники цього процесу та особливості кожного етапу кризи та дій фахівців з урегулювання. Також автор звертає свою увагу на дослідження Ситуаційної кризово-комунікаційної теорії та інших підходах, що існують у галузі кризових комунікацій. Окрім того автор розглядає досвід країн СНД та України зокрема у питанні організації кризових комунікацій на державному рівні.
Analysis of research in the field of Crisis Communications
Summary: This article provides an overview of practices in the field of crisis communications. Herein we carry out an overview of the main components of this concept and those studies, which were conducted in this area since the beginning of this concept. The first part of the article is devoted to the analysis of the wide range of definitions of the concept “crisis communication” and its components. In the second part, the author carries out an overview of the practices, that were made towards the study of crisis communications. The third part of the research draws attention to the study of related concepts connected with crisis communications. At the bottom of the article the author analyses development stages of crisis communications. The article focuses on the study of all components of crisis communications` response. All stages of struggle with crisis (pre-crisis, crisis and post-crisis phases) are emphasized and described herein. The conclusions are drawn and future research prospects are outlined.

The analysis of specific scientific approaches to the investigation of crisis communication phenomenon
Abstract. An interest in the broad topic of crisis management and communication is so strong that the sheer volume of works produced by academic experts in public relations and corporate reputation dominates the literature in those fields, especially public relations to the extent that it has virtually become a discipline rather than a subdiscipline. This subdiscipline has grown steadily, largely launched by what was generally touted to be an effective response by hybrid warfare in our country. The article focuses on the main approaches to the investigation of crisis communications. An example of the main approaches to the investigation of this phenomenon is given here. The application features of these approaches with respect to the situation prevailing in the Ukrainian infomedia are analysed. The prospects for future researches in this area are described.

An impact of Situational crisis-communication theory on the efficiency of investigations in the field of crisis communications.
Abstract. The hybrid warfare with the application of powerful informational component has become the factor that led to a systemic crisis in the Ukrainian informational space. In such situations it is important to find the mechanisms of counteraction against informational aggression and to build our own informational strategy. It is the task assigned to crisis communications and to the Situational crisis-communication theory, being a tool for crisis communications research. The article focuses on application features of Situational crisis-communication theory in the field of crisis communications. The components of this theory and methods of their integration into the national anti-crisis communication practice are examined. The algorithm of interaction of this theory with other related branches in PR is specified and the example of application method of this theory in relation to the informational crisis in Ukrainian informational space is given.

Особливості дослідження кризових комунікацій у країнах СНД
Анотація: Стаття присвячена огляду досліджень у сфері кризових комунікацій на території колишніх пострадянських країн. Автор робить огляд основних напрацювань, які здійснювалися фахівцяму у галузі зв’язків з громадськістю, кризових комунікацій та суміжних галузей у сфері антикризового реагування. Перша частина статті присвячена огляду досліджень присвячених реагуванню на виникнення техногенних катастроф. У другій частині автор робить аналіз напрацювань присвячених впровадженню соціальних технологій у антикризове реагування. Третя частина звертає увагу на дослідження які проводилися вітчизняними науковцям. В кінці статті автор аналізує етапи становлення кризових комунікацій. У статті робиться акцент на дослідженні всіх складників кризово-комунікаційного реагування.

The aspects of crisis communications research as a factor in the effective counteraction to hybrid warfare.
Abstract. Today Ukraine is in a condition of hybrid warfare. Direct hostilities pale into insignificance. They are replaced by indirect, political, economic and informational leverages. Informational aspect of hybrid warfare is extremely important because the victory of a party in a big way depends on it. It is particularly difficult to confront this type of aggression, but possible. That is why, crisis communications are intended to assist in this. Since crisis communications are aimed to counteract information aggression, this type of activity has a lot of problems associated with the opposition to information aggression. This article divides these problems into problems of exactly crisis communications, issues arising in the information war and the problems of reputation formation, as the original factor, which suffers as a result of informational influence on him.

TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS IN THE FIELD OF CRISIS COMMUNICATIONS, AS A FACTOR OF EFFECTIVE PUBLIC SAFETY
Abstract. This scientific article lays stress on the problems which are connected with preparation of well-qualified specialists in the field of crisis communication. It raises a question about low-quality level of specialists preparation in the scope of national education. After analyzing the situation which exists in the educational environment in Ukraine this article describes the steps to improve crisis communication specialists system in the field of government defense. It recounts basic functions and skills that crisis communication specialist should have. Considering a problem of crisis communication spesialists preparation a historical overview is being done. The article gives a bibliographic review of the sources that have been published on this subject. It emphasizes the importance of graduated students adaptation to their first work place. The attention is paid to the availability of practical component in the educational programs of the universities. The necessity of financing and development of scientific activity in this sphere is also emphasized and it stresses that only with the presence of own scientific works and wellqualified specialists the discipline of crisis communication will exist and develop in our country. It will help our country to build new and strong system of effective communication in the time of crisis.

Анотація: Стаття присвячена огляду напрацювань у галузі кризових комунікацій. Здійснюється огляд основних складників цьогопоняття та тих досліджень, які проводилися в цій галузі починаючи від самого початку виникнення цього поняття. Перша частина статті присвячена аналізу широкого спектру дефініцій поняття кризова комунікація та її складових частин. У другій частині автор робить огляд тих напрацювань, які здійснювались у напрямку дослідження кризових комунікацій. Третя частина звертає увагу на дослідження суміжних понять, пов’язаних з кризовими комунікаціями. В кінці статті автор аналізує етапи становлення кризових комунікацій. У статті робиться акцент на дослідженні всіх складників кризово-комунікаційного реагування. Звертається увага та детально описується всі етапи боротьби з кризою (докризова, кризова та посткризова фази). Робляться висновки та окреслюються майбутні перспективи досліджень.

The study of the general nature of crisis communication
Summary. The article provides an overview of research in the field of crisis communications. The author reviews the main developments that have implemented specialists in public relations, crisis communications and related industries in the field of crisis response. The article focuses on the study of all the components of crisis response and communications. Crisis communication is a specific area of research in the field of public relations, which continues to grow. It also can be sad that the topic of crisis management has become dominant in studies of public relations. Soon we will be able to observe a situation where crisis communication will be virtually independent sector or minimally dependent on public relations. Crisis communication is inextricably linked with three other key areas of PR: risky communication, problem management, and reputation management. This three aspects need to be studied in combination.
